You also have the possibility to give a proxy vote to a rider of your trust, the chairman, executive secretary or any other member of the board. For a proxy vote to be valid, the form of proxy must be handed to the Chairman , or Secretary , prior to the meeting in question.
An instrument appointing a proxy shall be in writing, signed by or on behalf of the appointer and in the following form:
